Berry’s many in-hall activities and social atmosphere make it a popular choice. The shared lobby and info desk, student lounge, and recreation room are popular gathering places for residents. More than half of Berry residents are freshmen.

Location: Berry Hall is near the Willow Bowl, a famous campus landmark.

Layout for Anderson, Berry and Morey Halls

Capacity: Berry houses up to 306 students with four floors of men living on one wing and four floors of women living on the other wing.

Visitation: The basement and first floors allow 24-hour, seven-days-per-week visitation.

Furnishings: Each room has a bed, desk, and chair for each student, one dresser to be shared, and a lavatory/medicine cabinet in each room.

Bathroom facilities: Each floor has multiple restrooms and showers.

Air conditioning: Berry is not air-conditioned. Installing an air-conditioning unit in non-air-conditioned residence halls is prohibited.

Laundry: Berry is equipped with coin-operated automatic washers and dryers.

Keys: Room key is issued; mailbox is combination lock.

Refrigerators: Only one refrigerator per room is allowed. Refrigerators must be UL approved and cannot exceed 5 cubic feet or operate on more than 120 volts. A refrigerator rental service is available.
