Housing Costs
2024-25 Rates
Students may choose from standard, single, or premium rooms. Students choosing to live on campus generally live with a roommate (standard room rate); however, single rooms may be available if space allows (single or premium rates). Housing is also available for the summer semester. Please check with the Residence Life Office for details. Each student must pay a nonrefundable housing application fee of $50. Room rates include laundry, residence hall activity fee, Wi-Fi, and computer network access.
Standard Rooms (double occupancy)
Standard charges apply to rooms that are designed for multiple occupants and have been assigned to meet the rooms capacity. These are double occupancy rooms.

Single rooms are only capable of holding a single occupant. These rooms by design are smaller than a standard double.
