Student Food Pantry

The Student Food Pantry entrance is located on the south side of Morey Hall. It is open to all students enrolled at Wayne State College who live on or off campus (campus ID required). The aim of the Student Food Pantry is to reduce food insecurities and hardships for students in need. The pantry receives food through donations from faculty and staff, alumni, and many other places. 

Food Pantry Hours

Tuesday: 3-5 p.m.
Wednesday: 6-8 p.m.
Thursday: 3-5 p.m.
Closed during official college breaks and during the summer

Food Pantry Donations

Food donations may be delivered to the Office of Residence Life, located in Room 201 of the Kanter Student Center, or can be brought to the pantry during open hours.

Monetary donations may be made to the Student Food Pantry through the Wayne State Foundation, Hahn Administration, 1111 Main St. Wayne, NE 68787. On the online donation form, please choose "Other" on the Designation dropdown and note that your donation is for the food pantry. Give now.

Student Volunteers

The Student Food Pantry is run by student volunteers and is always looking for additional help. If you are a student looking for service hours, or just want to help out, please contact the Residence Life Office at 402-375-7318.
