Steps to Admission

Visit Campus

Contact the WSC Admissions Office to experience campus, speak with an Admissions Counselor, and visit with a faculty member. Call 866-WSC-CATS or schedule a visit online.

Apply for Admission

Request an official copy of any and all transcripts from previously attended institutions to be sent to the Admissions Office. Transcripts may be sent through Parchment to admissions@wsc.edu or mail to:

Instructions for Applying Online:

  1. You will need an active email address to begin your application.
  2. You can save your application at any time and submit it at a later time. 
  3. If you are under 18, you'll need to have your parent or guardian present to submit your final application.

Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships

Apply for Financial Aid via the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form.

Apply for any transfer scholarships offered at your current institution (if applicable) as well as at WSC.

Register for Classes

Once you have been admitted you will receive a notice about your next steps. You can however, contact the Admissions Office to schedule an registration appointment. We will schedule a time with a faculty member in your major area.   

As a transfer student, you will be able to register for classes at the same time as current students. 

Spring Semester - Registration typically begins in early November.

Fall Semester - Registration typically begins in early April.

Submit Student Health Form

A student health form is also required for each new student. Print the health form here.

Apply for Housing

If you plan on living in student housing, you will need to fill out the application form and submit the appropriate one-time deposit of $50. You can complete the student housing form here.
