Interested in getting a master's degree in counseling? Wayne State College offers several options for an MSE in Counseling, including:
- Clinical Mental Health
- School Counseling
- Student Affairs and College Counseling
Did you know we offer:
- a 3-credit-hour graduate level course for continuing education that is aligned with the NSCA School Counselor Academy each fall? Watch for more details to be given at the conference.
- a 1-credit-hour graduate course geared toward counselor education supervision? CSL696: Supervision Foundations in Counseling (will be CSL610 in Fall 2022) is a brief introduction to counseling supervision in practice. Many counseling professionals are supervising future counselors but may be missing the key steps to make their supervision effective. This 1-credit-hour graduate course can be taken in any semester and used for CEUs in counseling or a related profession (Nebraska permits 15 CEs per 1-credit-hour graduate course).
