Senior Art Exhibit
See work by WSC seniors Lindsay Fisher, Kati Krueger, Kalvin McGargill, and Tyler Murray.
"Conversations with Color" features artwork by three Wayne State College seniors. The exhibit is free and open to the public through mid January 2021. Mask-wearing and social distancing are strongly encouraged.
Kalvin McGargill of Papillion, Neb., is a studio art major. His work explores color and pattern while focusing on human experiences. McGargill’s media includes acrylic paintings and ceramics.
Lindsay Fisher of Clear Lake, Iowa, is an art education major. Fisher’s artwork captures everyday occurrences with bright color schemes depicting the environment. Her interests involve digital paint processes, acrylic painting, and printmaking.
Tyler Murray of Elkhorn, Neb., is a studio arts major. Murray’s two-dimensional digital works and paintings as well as three-dimensional ceramics/sculptures capture the diverse physical and mental perspectives of everyday people.
The gallery is open Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday 3 to 7 p.m. It is closed Saturday. Shows end at noon on closing day.
