About Rejuvenate, Ride, and Restore
- Rejuvenate – The class begins with a gentle yoga flow to center your mind and body, designed to stretch and awaken your muscles, helping to improve flexibility, balance, and mindfulness before the ride. You'll breathe deeply and move through calming poses, setting the intention for your workout.
- Ride – Next, we hit the bike for a heart-pumping spin session. Ride to the beat of motivating music and push yourself to new heights.
- Restore – After our ride, we slow things down with a stretching session to cool down your body and release any tension. Focused on flexibility and muscle recovery to includes deep stretches and relaxation techniques to help your body recover from the intensity of the workout, leaving you feeling restored and refreshed.
This class is perfect for all fitness levels, offering a complete experience that helps you rejuvenate your mind, ride for fitness, and restore your body through stretching and relaxation.
