This form is to be used only if you need special permission into a class, special project or directed study.
Special permissions include:
• A closed class
• Missing prerequisite
• Instructor permission
• Above 18 hours
• A hold that restricts enrollment
• Conflicting class times
How to approve or deny a special add request:
1. Go to myWSC and click WildcatsOnline.
2. On the Home tab, click My Workflow Tasks.
3. Select a Special Add Request.
4. The student's request is on top. You might see approval information from faculty or staff that have received this request previously. You might see a person that has received an approval request, but they did not approve it. Fill in the form information and click Next through each page. Once you get to the last page, click Complete to submit the form.
5. If you deny the request, an email will be sent to the student with your comments. If you approve the request, this form will go back to Records for further approval. If all approval is received and the student is enrolled in the course, they will receive an email that it has been completed.
