View Student Information as a Parent/Guest

 

Activate your Parent/Guest Account

1. If this is your first time using your parent/guest account, you will open the first email sent to you with a username (SP10001) and a link to activate your account. Click the link and it will open your default internet browser and add a page confirming your guest account.

Note: You will receive a second email that will contain a password to log into your guest account. 

2. You will see a new page stating that your guest email account has been verified. Click the Nebraska State College System Guest Login link to access your student's information. 

3.  Click the TrueYou button and login with your provided Guest ID and password.  

 

4. Once logged in, you can click on the corresponding tile to view that student's information. The information will open in a new browser tab.

     

     a. Blue tiles indicate the student has granted access to that information.

     b. Grayed-out tiles indicate the student has not granted access to that information.

     c. If the student is enrolled at multiple Nebraska State Colleges, once the guest clicks on a tile, those campuses will be listed that the guest can choose from.

6. After you have viewed that information, make sure to close that tab in your internet browser before accessing a new tile of information.

Parent/Guest Access After Activation

1. After the first time accessing your student's information, you can log into wildcatsonline.nebraska.edu by clicking on the NU ID or Guest ID button and typing your username and password.
