American Society of Safety Professionals
This organization is for students pursuing a carer in the safety, health, and environmental fields. Our organization seeks to provide additional opportunities for students to learn more about their chosen area of study and promote interaction between students and safety professionals. The Wayne State College American Society of Safety Professionals is the local chapter or the National ASSP and is affiliated with the Great Plains Chapter of Society of Safety Professionals.
Eligibility: Open to all WSC students enrolled in at least six semester credit hours. Affiliate membership available to alumni, faculty or staff who are in good standing with the national organization.
