Student Athletic Advisory Committee

The WSC Student Athletic Advisory Committee is sponsored by the NCAA. The SAAC was created as a vehicle for student-athletes to communicate with the Athletics Department, providing them with feedback on department policies and procedures, while also providing the Athletics Department a means to distribute information to student-athletes. The SAAC also helps solicit student-athlete responses to proposed NCAA legislation and offers suggestions to proposed NCAA legislation. The group meets twice a month to discuss and evaluate current issues and topics in intercollegiate athletics and address any needs or concerns of student-athletes. Members of the SAAC also benefit from skills learned while holding leadership roles and organizing community service efforts with all WSC athletic teams.
