Lisa Chamberlin Valencia

Lisa Chamberlin was a four-year starter that helped turn around Wayne State women's basketball in the early 1990's. She started 105 out of a possible 107 games during her career, finishing as the school's third all-time leading scorer with 1,586 points. At the time of her induction in 2007, Chamberlin ranked second in career field goals (605) and field goals attempted (1,481) and was third in free throws made (314), free throws attempted (478) and steals (70). She had a 65-42 record during her playing career, including a 22-5 mark as a senior, the second-highest winning percentage of a team in school history. Chamberlin also helped WSC to its first-ever unbeaten record at home, going 12-0 during her senior season. Chamberlin is a native of Norfolk, Nebraska and was inducted into the WSC Athletics Hall of Fame on September 29, 2007.
