Filr - Managing Folders
Step 1. Creating a New Folder
1. Click on the New Folder button.
2. In the new pop-up window, rename your folder and click Okay.
Step 2. Renaming a Folder
1. Locate the folder you wish to rename.
2. Click on the arrow located between the Title and Author column.
3. In the drop down menu, scroll down and click on Rename Folder.
4. Change the name of your folder and click Okay.
Step 3. Deleting a Folder
1. Locate the folder you wish to delete.
2. Click the check box to the left of the folder.
3. Click the Delete button.
Important: Deleted items cannot be recovered.
4. In the new pop-up window click Okay.
Step 4. Copying a Folder
1. Locate the folder you wish to copy.
2. Click the check box to the left of the folder.
3. Click on the More button.
4. In the drop down menu, click Copy.
5. Type the destination in which you want the folder to be copied OR click the Browse icon on the right to search for the desired location.
Step 5. Moving a Folder
1. Locate the folder you wish to move.
2. Click the check box to the left of the folder.
3. Click on the More button.
4. In the drop down menu, click Move.
5. Type the destination in which you want the folder to be copied OR click the Browse icon on the right to search for the desired location.
Step 6. Adding Folders
1. Click on the New Folder button.
2. Type in what you wish to name your folder.
3. Click Ok.
