Dr. Joseph Faello is a business professor at Wayne State College. Originally from Brooklyn, N.Y., Faello grew up in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Honors degree from Queen’s University in 1983. Faello has 20 years of professional experience in accounting and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, American Institute of CPA’s (International Associate), American Accounting Association, and the Canadian Academic Accounting Association.

Research interests include financial reporting, corporate governance, and accounting education.
