David Hix teaches industrial technology at Wayne State College.
Before coming to Wayne State, Hix taught industrial technology education to grades 7-12 in Wymore, Norfolk, and Wayne, all in Nebraska.
Hix is a member of the Board of Appeals, City of Wayne Planning Commission, Associated General Contractors, and National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. He has been awarded the U.S. Air Force Air Command Technology Teacher Award.
Hix’s teaching interest is educating students in construction management and providing practical experiences in the construction field.
