Please include the following with your order:

  1. Your name.
  2. The title you wish to order.
  3. The number of copies you wish to purchase.
  4. Your mailing address or name and address to which you wish the book(s) sent, if different.
  5. Your e-mail address.
  6. Your phone number where we can reach you.

 

Payment Method:

  1. Currently, we are only set up to receive checks and money orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  2. We will send a bill with your order. Please send back the invoice with your payment. Payment is due no later than one month after the date of invoice and upon receiving your copy(s).
  3. Shipping and handling is free. For discounts, please see below.

 

Discounts:

* All discounts apply to single titles. Multiple titles will be treated separately.
* All discounts apply to cover price of the title.

  2 to 5 10%
  6 to 10 20%
  11 to 20 30%
  21 or more 40%
