Room Reservations | Facility Management Policy

* The use of alcohol is permitted on college property only at specific special functions approved by and hosted by the College President.

* Food service arrangements are to be scheduled with the contracted vendor located in the Student Center (375-7418).

* All events that are not college related will not be confirmed until 90 days prior to the event. They may be placed on the calendar as tentative events.

* Charges may be assessed for technical, supervisory, and/or custodial support as may be required by the activity.
