• Must be submitted with a one week notice(Exceptions are noted below).
• No personal messages.
• Only college related events.
• Only recognized campus groups/organizations or college departments can submit information.
• Messages will only be published for the day or days of the event or meeting.
• All messages must be submitted via Student Center website form.
• Student Center Staff must approve all messages and images.

Exceptions for 1 week notice.
Cancellations, Changes in facilities or Prior arrangements made with staff.
