"I am so glad to announce that I have recently been appointed Interim Retention Specialist. I will be in charge of coordinating the Peer Mentor and Peer Tutor programs in STRIDE/SSS. I graduated from Wayne State in December of 2004 with a bachelor's in Interior Design. Currently, I am attending graduate school at Wayne State, working on a master's in Higher Education Student Affairs. I am also an alumnae of the STRIDE program! I am married and have a 9-year-old stepdaughter, Karlee, and a 2-year-old little boy, Brayden -- they keep me busy! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, taking naps, cooking, taking pictures and visiting friends.
