Collegial Congratulations!!
Past Service-Learning Coordinator and faculty member Dr. Jean Karlen along with office assistant Dawn Hirschman attended the conference and were recognized as the recipients of the Administration Commendation in Service-Learning Award. The award highlighted the dedication and perseverance that both Karlen and Hirschman have lent to the Service-Learning program at WSC. Currently, the program is in its eleventh year of enhanced educational opportunities and service to area communities, the success of which is due in large part to Dr. Karlen and S-L budget manager Dawn Hirschman.
