LSCI: Scholarships
The Christine Marmo Birney Memorial Scholarship Eligible students must be majoring in Medical Technology, Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Physical Therapy, or the Physician Assistant program. The award amount will be divided among selected qualified applicants.
The Dr. Ned J. Pickett and Dr. Carol Wiltse-Potts Medical Scholarship Eligible students must be enrolled in a Pre-Professional program. Based on financial need.
The Eleanore Benthack-Ingram Memorial Scholarship Eligible students must be Pre-Medicine majors. The award amount will be divided among selected qualified applicants.
The Gordon Shupe Memorial Scholarship Eligible students must be pursuing a Health Services career.
The Dr. J.S. Johar Endowed Scholarship Eligible students must be full-time students pursuing a Pre-Health Professions program.
The Kent Hall Memorial Scholarship Eligible students must be a graduate of either Wayne or Laurel-Concord High School and be majoring in Biology.
The Alexis Ann Rohrberg Memorial Scholarship Eligible students must be Biology majors with preference given to students pursuing Pre-Forestry. The award amount will be divided among selected qualified applicants.
The Louise Wendt Lundquist Memorial Scholarship Eligible students must be a Science major.
The Paul Jonathan Ewald Jorde Pre-Med Scholarship Eligible students must be majoring in Pre-Medicine.
The Gary and Janice Small Endowed Scholarship Eligible students must be pursing Education degrees. First preference to Biology Education, Chemistry Education, Natural Sciences Education and then Physical Sciences Education majors.
The Student Scientific Research Endowment Eligible students must be Biology majors.
The Stacey Dagle Memorial Scholarship Eligible students must be of junior or senior standing majoring in Pre-Medicine. The award amount will be divided among selected qualified applicants.
The Dr. Paul and Marcia J. Swanson Dental Endowed Scholarship Eligible students must be majoring in Pre-Dentistry. First preference shall be given to student from Laurel and Wausa, Nebraska. Recipients must demonstrate financial need.
The Walter G. Ingram Scholarship Eligible students must be majoring in a Science.
The Hass Foundation Scholarship Eligible students can be full or part time, majoring in Pre-Medicine. Second preference will be to Chemistry majors. The award amount will be divided amont selected qualified students.
The Maier Science Scholarship Eligible students must be sophomore or juniors majroing in a Biology related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Preference will be given to students with an environmental science minor. |
