Human Performance Lab: Visitors

Numerous groups visit the HHPS Department and the Human Performance Laboratory every semester for a variety of reasons. These visitors often have SHAPE Club members and practicum students administer fitness assessments such as resting blood pressure, pulmonary function, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and body composition. Interpretations/feedback are also provided to visitors regarding their assessment results.
