Exercise Science: Internships

Students end their experience at WSC with an internship experience. So far exercise science students have interned in many different states as well as internationally. This course is an off-campus, supervised, educational experience at an approved worksite offering programs and experiences in activities related to health, wellness, and exercise performance. The internship experience is designed to allow the student to refine and gain confidence in the skills developed during their coursework, assess his/her personal strengths and limitations, and expose the student to actual work experience. This is an invaluable experience with most students being offered a job at the conclusion of their internship.
