Clinical Mental Health Counseling

NOTE: Formerly called Counselor Education for Community Counseling

 

A student may complete the MSE in clinical mental health counseling as a first step to earning license to provide counseling services in public or private counseling agencies or in private practice.

 

Licensure as a mental health practitioner and certification as a professional counselor in Nebraska is accomplished through the Department of Health and Human Services. Additional information can be obtained by contacting:
