CTIS - Scholarships & Financial Aid
Wayne State College is committed to providing a quality affordable education for its students. There are several types of financial assistance available for Wayne State students, including grants, loans, work-study, and scholarships. The aid packages are composed of money from Pell grants, SEOG grants, SSIG grants, Perkins loans, Stafford student loans, PLUS loans and a variety of scholarships. Various scholarships that were available to current computer technology and information systems majors for the 2007-2008 academic year were:
CTIS FACULTY SCHOLARSHIPS These scholarships are given to undergraduate students majoring or minoring in academic programs offered by the CTIS Department and demonstrating exemplary academic performance, achievement, attitude, service, leadership, and other vital professional and personal characteristics. The scholarships are provided through contributions by Computer Science and Computer Information Systems faculty.
Amount: Two $400 scholarships
