Vic
Reynolds teaches graphic design in the Department
of Art and Design, and has been at Wayne State College
since 1988. He received both a BA and MFA at the University
of Idaho and before coming to WSC he taught art classes part-time
at Anchorage International Art Institute, the University of
Idaho, Portland Community College, Northern Arizona University,
Clark County Community College, and the University of Nevada.
Reynolds also taught graphic design full-time for four years
at the University of Alabama before coming to Wayne State
College.
Reynoldss full-time professional experience includes
work as an illustrator for the Alaska State Housing Authority;
Official Combat Artist in Vietnam for the Army Historian,
Washington D.C.; package designer for Crown Zellerbach Corp.
in Portland, Oregon; graphic designer for Davidson Advertising,
Las Vegas, Nevada; and as a sign designer for Young Electric
Sign Company, Ad Art, and Sign Systems in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Reynolds exhibits his art both regionally and nationally.
Juried exhibitions have included the Tallahassee National,
Florida State University, the National Computer Art Exhibition,
and the University of Evansville. He conducts watercolor workshops
