Joshua Piersanti teaches graphic, web, and interaction design at Wayne State College. He is a native of Pinole, California, but has lived in the Midwest for the better part of a decade. He received his BA from Brigham Young University and his MA and MFA from the Ohio State University. At Ohio State his focus was an even mix between human factors and graphic/interaction design. His studies included research into on-screen readability and developing digital interactive tools for design instruction. Before coming to Wayne State College, Joshua taught at Indiana University Kokomo. His recent work has included developing an interactive map to accompany the launch of a new book, and illustrating and redesigning election materials to promote ease of use.
