INDOOR ARENA Weight/Cardio Room Dimension: 40 x 40 feet Capacity: 35 Equipment: 3 treadmills, 5 EFX machines, 2 stair climbers, 4 recumbents, 3 bikes, 15 selectorized machines, hand weights, core balls, 4 TV's Track Dimensions: 160 Meter 6 Lane Mondo Track, 10 laps on inside and 8 laps on outside equals one mile Capacity:- 750 Details: 3 full size basketball courts (6 baskets), 5 volleyball courts, 6 pickleball/badminton courts and 3 tennis courts Equipment: Items that can be checked out include jump ropes, mats, towels, basketballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, footballs, dodge balls, tennis racquets. Raquetball Dimensions: 40 x 20 feet Capacity: 4 Equipment: Racquetball equipment may be checked out with ID at the front desk.

 

FREE WEIGHTS Dimensions: 35 x 60 feet Capacity: 35 Equipment: 1 Functional Trainer, 2 Half Racks, 1 Smith Rack Machine, 2 Bench Presses, 1 Incline and 1 Decline Bench, 4 Dumbbell Benches with 10-100lb dumbbells, 1 leg extension, 1 leg flexion, 1 leg press, glute/hamstring station, 1 curl station, 1 lat pull, mats, core balls, pilates balls, jump ropes.

SWIMMING POOL Dimensions: 6 Lane 25 meter pool Capacity: 75 Details: one low diving board and two basketball hoops Equipment: kick boards, goggles, basketballs, swim fins, aqua joggers, noodles, hand paddles, resistance dumbbells are available to be checked out.
