New Student Orientation Program and Benefits
The start of college can be an adrenaline-charged yet frightening experience for most new students. You may be nervous about finding your way around campus? How to get involved on campus? What should I expect academically in my course work? How am I going to connect with new friends?
Well you are not alone; every new student coming to college for the first time has had these thoughts but coming to New Student Orientation will help ease some of the anxiety. New Student Orientation or NSO as we call it here at Wayne State College; is an opportunity for you to transition and adjust to college life a bit easier.
At New Student Orientation (NSO) you will join one of many small groups of new students that are in your field of study. Your student Ambassador will guide you through an exciting and informative three-day program, and provide advice and insight to help you stay on the road to Wildcat success.
So if you want to start on the right track of your college experience, join us for New Student Orientation on August 16-18.
