Wayne State College to Host Band Day

WAYNE, Neb. (Sept. 23, 2008) - Wayne State College will host 11 area schools for Band Day competition, Oct. 4 with a parade at 10 a.m.

The parade route will begin at the college and proceed south to First and Main streets. The WSC marching band will present a short concert at Third and Main streets immediately after the parade. Organizer of the event is Dr. David Bohnert, director of bands at WSC. Bands participating are:
