Myers-Briggs Personality Type Workshops

Personality Indicator Workshop
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI©) uses a personality questionnaire to indicate an individual's preferences, tendencies, and characteristics. Because of its unique focus on valuing individual differences in a nonjudgmental way, the MBTI© has become the most widely used personality inventory in print. It is used by professionals in a variety of fields because it helps people UNDERSTAND themselves and their behaviors, APPRECIATE others, so as to make constructive use of differences, APPROACH problems in different ways which can be healthy and productive, and APPLY learning and teaching styles.

Dorothy Weber is a certified MBTI© facilitator. She attended the MBTI© Professional Development Workshop at St. Louis University and has taken additional training in Denver, Kansas City, and Orlando. Averaging between 600 and 700 individuals per year, Dorothy conducts workshops for area businesses, elementary, and high school personnel, campus classes, peer tutors and faculty seminars.
