Smart Classrooms

WSC’s Smart Classrooms, also known as technology enhanced classrooms, create new opportunities in teaching and learning by integrating networking, digital, and audio visual technologies.

Each academic building contains more than one smart classroom. Faculty should coordinate with their department chair to schedule their classes in these rooms.

The Office of Teaching and Learning Technology supports the technology in these rooms and encourages you to contact us at 375-7090 to schedule an orientation to learn more about these classroom facilities.

Smart classrooms are equipped with the following:

• Ceiling- or cart-mounted LCD projector and projection screen
• Networked computer with CD/DVD drive
• VCR/DVD player
• Audio system
