GroupWise upgrade issue

I wish to apologize for the problem we all experienced with the GroupWise upgrade last night. We have completed this upgrade process before on another system and it went very well. Last nights upgrade appeared to go well as the software did not indicate any errors during the upgrade installation cycle. Unfortunately some of the upgrade files were corrupted and caused the problem that was experienced this morning. Normally, during an upgrade of this type, the software install process would report an error to the technician that is installing the upgrade. We did not receive an error message and therefore felt all went well. The corrupted files were detected this morning and the issue was resolved.
