Thank you for hanging in there everyone.  Century link has replaced the bad equipment and have given the all clear.

Warm Greetings on this chilly day,

It has come to our attention that Century Link is currently experiencing network problems and their staff are working to resolve the issues. WSC is one of the customer affected by this and it is with outbound and inbound calling where you might see hiccups for about the next hour or so until Century Link can get equipment replaced on their end.

Calls placed from a WSC campus phone to another campus 7000 series phone extension are working and should remain unaffected.
