Outbound mail restored

We've restored outbound mail service. It looks like we had someone who was
careless with their password and managed to be logged in simultaneously from
Dallas, Texas; Jakarta, Indonesia and a few other places. Very impressive
ability to be in more than one place at one time. The account had been stolen
and the person who had stolen the account was sending massive amounts of
outbound e-mail. We've disabled the account and restored service.
