Greetings all,
 
A bit of followup to our wireless issues from the other day.  The replacement wireless controller went in very nicely Tuesday evening and we thought was running exactly as the old one had.  For the vast majority of the wireless devices it was.  For Apple portable devices (iPad, iPod, iPhone), however, the system wasn't working so well.  We put in another call with Cisco and their recommendation was to update the system to the most current version of the software.  We did that early this morning and had to make some adjustments to how the wireless system communicates internally.  It took a bit longer than we thought it would but by 8AM we were up and running on the new software.
 
Unfortunately, this hasn't resolved the issue with Apple devices, so we're going back to Cisco to start the troubleshooting process again.  Thank you for your continue patience as we work through the replacement/reconfiguration process.
