As most of you (if not all) noticed, we had an internet outage this morning
for a number of hours. The culprit was a cut piece of fiber optic cable in
Bellevue. We quickly notified Network Nebraska and they, in turn, contacted the
subcontractor responsible for maintaining the fiber. We had early estimates for
repair time that were revised once the repair crews arrived onsite and saw the
extent of the damage.
We are now back up and running. Thank you for your patience and our
apologies for the interruption in service.
