Inbound telephone call interruption

As some of you may have noticed, we were without inbound telephone service
for some campus extensions for part of the evening yesterday. A Qwest owned
piece of equipment was at fault. Amanda Rusch from our office tracked the
problem with Qwest until it's resolution at 2AM this morning and tested to
ensure we were back up and running, which at this point we are. We will
continue to monitor the situation for the next few days. Should you have any
reports of someone not being able to call into the system from off campus,
please do let the help desk know immediately.
