"New Trouble Ticket"

Greetings,
This coming Monday, June 1, 2009, we will start using our new Trouble Ticket system. We will not continue to use the old system or make it available. The trouble incidents that are in the old system will be converted to the new system so that information transfer will be transparent.
We will again offer drop in training for those that are interested on the following days next week:
Monday, June 1: 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Tuesday, June 2: 8:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
Wednesday, June 3: 8:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
The sessions will again be held in the Technology Resource Center in the Lower Level of Conn Library.
