"New Trouble Ticket"

Greetings,

 

We will soon be introducing a new and improved version our Trouble Ticket web based software for technical support. We plan to put the new version in production on the first day of the first 5 week post session. As a way to introduce the new Trouble Ticket to the campus we will have a staff member in the TRC Training Lab next Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM until 11:30 AM. Please just drop by and staff will allow you the opportunity to view and check the software out. You do not need to schedule your visit, just drop by. We will soon have training sessions available.

 

Yes, the new version will require a training session as it has changed significantly.
