"Yet another phone system upgrade"

Greetings,

We will be completing one more upgrade to the phone system today starting at 5:30 P.M. We hope to have it complete in 5 hours or less. It should be very transparent and invisible to each of you. In the event you do experience a small problem please be aware that the upgrade is major. It is our hope that the vendor is again correct when they indicated we should be able to do this without the loss of any service.
