"Technology System Maintenance"

Greetings,

NATS has a few system maintenance items that need to be completed and our spring break appears to be the most logical time to get those items taken care of. We will be upgrading the following:

Monday evening, March 9, 2009, starting at 5:30 we will be upgrading faculty and student j:drives as well as the GroupWise system. We hope to be complete by 10 P.M. If you have trouble accessing your j:drive or Groupwise during that period please be aware that it will be a temporary condition. Currently we use the GroupWise system on campus for faculty and staff e-mail, calendar and misc database activity.

Tuesday evening, March 10, 2009, starting at 5:30 we will be upgrading the phone system one more time. We should experience no downtime based on what our phone system provider is telling us. However, if you do experience a very short disturbance please be aware that we are making upgrades. Likely we will be complete with these if all goes well by 10:00 P.M.
