"Today's Internet Outage"

Greetings,

Welcome back and Happy New Year! And guess what, no Internet as of yet.

We were scheduled to move our Internet connection from Hahn to our new facility tomorrow morning. Qwest makes these kind of moves for us since it is their equipment that needs to be moved. While we had the move scheduled for tomorrow morning, they made the move this morning. However, they cannot make the move totally by themselves. They need NATS to assist with the move. Now they cannot establish a connection with the fiber. This was really a very simple move and Qwest managed to make it very complex.

Needless to say we are all very frustrated and upset. It is already a trying start to the new year.
