As you no doubt noticed we've been having a few issues with the phone system. We have been working with out vendor to determine why it is not working as designed and one of the things we've found is a faulty part.
We will be replacing that part this evening at 4:20. If you are on a call at 4:20 your call may be dropped. You should be able to hang up your phone and begin your call again within a few seconds as the system is designed to recover from a partial failure very quickly.
The part replacement should be complete by 5:30 and normal service completely restored.
