Early last week we had some intermittent problems with the phone system that revolved only around voice mail. The problems were related to voice mail notification in general and did not interfere with the operation of the basic phone service. We are sorry this happened and have worked diligently to understand the problem and identify a timely resolution should it happen again. All I can say is, that we do not know why it happened, but we do know how to resolve the issue. In the event this would occur again we will simply resolve it. Please understand we are working on finding the cause, but that issue has also escaped our provider and their tech support.
