Recently SPAM distribution has really been significant. We have had a great deal of trouble trying to keep up with the new ways it has been distributed all summer. We have just come up with a new process for handling SPAM and allowing our users to peruse SPAM contents for anything that is not SPAM.
In our campus e-mail system there is a folder called "junk". I am sure you have seen it. Whatever is put in that folder will be deleted in 14 calendar days from the time it lands there. Currently we are pointing all SPAM related documents to that folder. Now if you have any question about what is being filtered you just need to open the "junk" folder and scan it. If you find something irregular just notify my office.
We are currently implementing this process.
