Last week it came to my attention that the new version of Ecampus was cutting people from their connection after a few minutes of inactivity. One of the new features of the new Ecampus was enhanced security. And to enhance security we had the connection termination that happens automatically after a timed period of inactivity set to 10 minutes. It seems that was too short of period of time. To make this work better we have set the time to a much longer period of time. This should greatly assist with the loss of connection due to inactivity. It will probably not resolve everyone's issue with this, but it should be much better.
