Greetings,
As a gentle reminder all e-mail older than 18 months will start to be purged from the system starting with the oldest e-mail first. The process will begin at approximately 5 PM the afternoon of June 1. It will take two weeks or so to get all of the e-mail purged to the 18 month cutoff. After this process is complete the e-mail system will purge one days e-mail every evening at 10 PM.
At this point we have completed a great deal of e-mail archive training, but we still have over 300 users that have not archived any of their mail. Please contact Eddie Elfers for assistance with this process if you feel you need it.
