How to Get Help: For Current Students

Students should contact the Network and Technology Services Help Desk for all computing questions (402-375-7107 or helpdesk@wsc.edu).

During fall and spring semesters students should address the follow situations to the Library Lab Help Center.*

1. Questions while working on basic Microsoft Office Suite applications (word, excel, etc. . . )
2. There are troubles with a Library Lab Computer.
3. There are troubles connecting a notebook to our wireless network in the library
4. If a printer is not properly functioning

* The Library Lab Help Center can be found on the second floor of the US Conn library.
