Sequence of Requirements for MBA Degree

 

Timeline for Master's Degree Graduation Requirements

 

1. File Graduate Application for Admission form and one official bachelor's degree transcript
    Office: Admissions Office
    Time: At least two weeks before registration

 

2. Graduate Degree Reference Form
    Office: Graduate Office
    Time: At initial registration time, submit the Graduate Degree
    Reference form

 

3. Graduate Management Admission Test
    Office: Graduate Office
    Time: At initial registration time, file for the GMAT exam, to be completed
    before completing 9 hours of coursework.  Scores must be sent to the

    Graduate Office.

 

4. Program Admission
    Office: Graduate Office
    Time: The MBA Director initiates the program admission form
    indicating either full admission or provisional admission based
    upon several factors as stated in the graduate catalog.

 

5. File program of study
    Office: Graduate Office
    Time: During the student's last semester, a program of study is
    initiated by the School of Business and Technology.

 

6. File one 600-level paper
    Office: Graduate Office
    Time: The file paper must be placed on file in the Graduate
    Office 28 calendar days before anticipated date of graduation.  
    The file paper is written in BUS 692 Administrative Policy and
    must be accepted by the MBA file paper committee.

 

7. File Application for Graduation
    Office: Graduate Office
    Time: Not later than the end of the second week of the semester in which the
    student intends to graduate
